Add Slider Builder #7

This PR adds the Slider builder.

I made one small change. though. The slider root is position: relative by default. This ensures the thumb and ticks are positioned correctly.

Will split this into 2 PRs. This is not just a slider pr, it also adds storybook and s kind of outdated, so it's easier to just split and close this for now.
