The link to the API docs currently lead to /docs/caman.html rather than some index. I created an index with all the files located in /docs in the index.html file.

Thanks, this is good for now. Ideally, this page should be automatically generated. It's a shame that docco doesn't do this for you. The typo fix you made in docs/layer.html will be overwritten the next time the documentation is generated unless it's fixed in the source itself. No biggie.
