Feature Request: Add support for Palm LLM Models/Embeddings

🚀 The feature

Bard and Palm are now GA, would be nice to add support for it, both for LLM and the Embedding generation.

Motivation, pitch

Though Google has not started to rollout its API Key yet to everyone, the APIs are now public. I expect a good userbase would want to try out palm for their benchmarks, and this will make their life easier :)
