Redo front end using Vue.js #10

The frontend is currently lacking in features, looks and compatibility with different browsers and devices. The front end should be redone using VueJS (a modern framework) and a component library like Vuetify.

Key Requirements:

Add webpack and babel to MM
Replace MaterializeCSS with VueJS and Vuetify
Put everything into components for reusability and ease of use

I've started working on this in my feature/vue branch.

This has been mostly completed now, there's still a few issues left for specific features etc.
