Changed invalid nginx error_log level to warn #102

Resolved incorrect nginx.conf error_log level as per issue #101

Thanks! Fwiw, this has been resolved in another branch I'm working on but hasn't been merged into main yet. Thanks for fixing.

No worries, good to know.

I forgot to say it is preventing the published docker hub image from starting without intervention.

We're planning on trialing this at our makerspace, SparkCC. You might see a few other small fixes come through as we start testing here.

Awesome, sounds great! We've been running it at hsbne.org (Hackerspace Brisbane) for nearly two years now and it's been an awesome improvement to our onboarding workflow. I've put a lot of work into it recently to make it easier for others to run, but I think there's still a handful of rough edges. Do let me know if you run into any other problems and I'll happily assist/update docs, etc. :)
