Implement an equipment tracking system

This system should be able to record a list of all the major equipment HSBNE has. The system should be able to do the following:

• Display a list of all major HSBNE equipment to members
• Each entity should include a name, description, image, url to wiki page, maintenance changelog, associated interlock (if any), cause that maintains it, and the location.
• A new location entity should be created in the database that contains a name, description and image.
• A new maintenance changelog entity should be created which includes a name, description, date/time and user.
