Integrate as an SSO provider with Canvas LMS #79

This will allow members to login to HSBNE's instance of the Canvas LMS using their portal credentials.

I'm gonna close this off as it's too much effort for the benefit. Now we can link enrolments based on the user email address so it's not really needed anyway.
