Update javadoc information #617

Many plug-ins/interceptors are missing vital information in their element reference specification. Example: internalproxy is missing a description, including any mention of being able to target it using the url "service:\<iproxyname>"

jdbcUserDataProvider, passwords have to be in htpasswd format
