PolicyCreatorTest, ExtendedPolicyParserTest and PolicyInWSDLTest all depend on a file which is not included in the project being available 'extern/usernameauthwithsymmkeydevelopmentdefault.wsdl'

Thanks ithena, you are absolutely right! Please ignore these tests at the moment. We will fix it soon.
