Update to newest membrane_core #11

As mentioned in https://github.com/membraneframework/membrane_http_adaptive_stream_plugin/issues/46 we're interested in this plugin. I just updated the deps to the latest membrane components: the integration tests are now failing. Is there any willingness on you side to fix it? :D

Hello @dmorn ! We've started working on updating Core dependency in plugins and I would like to ask, if it happens you have already updated that plugin :D

Hi @varsill! I found the plugin a little bit messy to follow, in particular the fact that mpeg-ts logic is fused with membrane one, so I've refactored it quite completely. The main table logic has been preserved though. Due to other priorities we had to pause the development for some time, but we plan on finishing (and open sourcing) it by the end of september!
