MV-331 Reorganize gird in room view #151

There's one thing to address, but I'm not sure if within this task - there is an animation on the sidebar appearing/hiding but no on the movement of videos from side to bottom - this looks a bit weird to me and I think is should be consistent - either both should animated or none

This probably should be another issue, because such animation will require rewriting the entire grid view.
