improve GIF decoder #236

Some GIFs aren't decoded the way we see them in other apps.

Some artists need to create animations and, after uploading them to the app, export the content several times to try to fix the issues. Since we didn't identify the problem yet, they do that in a trial and error process, what takes a lot of time.

Sometimes they aren't able to completely fix the problem, so the version of the animation in the Jandig platform have glitches.

We had this problem in most of the GIFs created for Marte Festival.

I just found one GIF where the problem is intermittent (sometimes the animation is OK, sometimes it has glitches): https://dev.jandig.app/exhibit/?id=42

This one is glitching on my browser, doesn't even have to be in Jandig...

I'll test the others and see if I can find any clue.
