animation loading failed #269

Failed attempt at testing an upload in the exhibition https://jandig.app/pretzel

Both marker and artwork show normally in the page but the animation won't load on the app.

It might be the case of the .gif file that I uploaded (2.1 MB) being larger than the 1 MB recommendation, but in either case the platform allowed me to upload it. Marker in question: marker

Hey man, really nice that you have been using the platform!

We did some tests here to verify your issue, it's really strange that behavior... First, we suspected that "blue" ish border on the bottom and second the drawing being kinda gray. Your marker, artwork, and exhibit seems fine, we used your GIF on another marker and it worked fine too, but it didn't work on your marker :c

As I said, we tried recreating the marker without that border and gray color marker (2)

However, that didn't work as expected, the marker doesn't get recognized on that image, but we drew one and it did work! look at that: photo5150049668242188384 photo5150049668242188385

That worked with our marker, but only when using the paper one... maybe it's something with the white space between the marker and the border that we drew, is this the only marker you are using? we suggest trying to add some white space between the border and the pretzel, like the one we have drawn.
