能否增加对debian的支持？ #235

osdlyrics在debian中不能用ubuntu的deb包，安装提示” 错误： 
Dependency is not satisfiable: libappindicator1 (>= 0.2.91)“
看名字应该是播放时显示歌曲信息的，但现在的播放器都自��
�，感觉可以去掉，也增加了对debian的兼容；
现在我用的时alien转的rpm到deb包，但0.4.1不能用；谢谢
