support for id3v2 syncronized lyrics #263

What's the feature you like?
It would be great if osdlyrics could search for time-syncronized lyrics in the 
audio file before downloading them from the internet, currently id3v2 and 
minilyric's lyrics3v2 tag format have support for syncronized lyrics. it would 
also be great if osd-lyrics had an option to save lyrics directly in the mp3 
file as minilyric does.

I am sure this features could be very useful for users, it would be great  if 
you could implement them.
great job by the way, osd-lyrics keeps getting better and better!

Is there any other lyric show implemented this feature?
