Search local .lrc first #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 I have not found problems, but I have a opinion that I think if the software search the local .lrc first  will be better.

What's the player and which version you are using?
Audacious 2.4.0

What's your Linux distro?

It is likely a bug of Audacious. It doesn't report the location of the playing 
tracks, so OSD Lyrics cannot get the path and search for local .lrc files.

However, OSD Lyrics do search local .lrc files in specified directories 
(~/.lyrics by default). You can put your lyric files there.
