Support for enhanced lrc format #316

I would like to be able to display files in the enhanced lrc format.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LRC_(file_format)#Enhanced_format

The difference is that it may include additional timing information for the 
individual words. Alternatively I would like support for usf (especially the 
karaoke tag).
