Shuffle settings doesn't saved #16

I like to turn shuffle all in app settings. I noticed, that between my trainings shuffle all setting is always off. I have to change shuffle every training. Can you fix it?

Working on this now, I am assuming that you want to store shuffle state between sessions where you do not manually change the playlist? So shuffle state can be discarded when starting another playlist right?

In my case I always use shuffle, but it's ok, if it will be reset when playlist changed.

By the way you can start a playlist in shuffle mode right from the playlist menu as well now, so it should be easy to remain in shuffle mode at all times!

Found a bug where shuffle setting is only stored when playlist is started in shuffle mode. 0.1.11-lima should fix this and the shuffle setting will be updated in storage as well!
