Use cancelBetsByMarket when using the Full Api #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cancel more than 40 bets in a market
2. Different cancelBets will be issued with a maximum of 40 bets in each
3. This is compatible with the Free API, but in the Full API all bets can be 
cancelled with a single call to cancelBetsByMarket
