Bet placement failed if Auto Loading of all Markets Data is disabled #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable Auto-refresh of Market Data (Markets -> Search)
2. Try to place a bet
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bet placed, but it doesn't happen.

The Market data is used to confirm if a market will turn in play or not and 
therefore to decide on a default on how to place the bet (in-play keep or not)

In absence of data an error was being triggered.

Corrected in upcoming version
