MyNewt Initial Port Integration #19

This set of changes adds a MyNewt port in the ports folder which allows users to pull it in as a package.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions here @t3zeng!! Closing this out as we've incorporated the feedback here and removed the need for the wrapper repo (mynewt-memfault-sdk) by adding a repository.yml for mynewt to pick in the 0.27.0 memfault-firmware-sdk release
