[BUG] Modules disabled due to changes in module loading

Describe the bug Some of the MAGE modules started to have issues after changes to the way we load MAGE modules into Memgraph. This was probably triggered by a change to RTLD_DEEPBIND. The change casues conflicts in DGL with PyTorch.
