Troubleshoot hil.leb #43

The hil.leb radio seems to have a lot of loss on the local ethernet. I don't quite understand why that may be though. I have disabled hil.leb's wireless interface so that traffic to hil instead routes through mno as an intermediate hop, because the path there is much more stable.

Seeing oddities as well with crw.leb where there are unexplained timeouts.

Seems to be impacting everything around r2.leb

Turns out that r2 had a few connected lines that had water in them. Seems that this was causing all sorts of odd behaviors. I pulled the r2 hardware and replaced it with a new powerbox pro, as well as replacing the bad cabling. This seems to be working well now.
