r1.azo and omn2.azo don't have user space setup

I was auditing the prefixes that we have defined today and I noticed that r1.azo and omn2.azo do not have a prefix defined for the wlan interface. This means that clients that connect won't be able to route any traffic.

Fix this by:

• [x] allocating a prefix - looks like historically this was 44.34.129.80/28 and 44.34.129.96/28; for whatever reason this went away
• [ ] assigning an IP
• [ ] configuring the IP on the device
• [ ] set up dhcp on the device
• [ ] set up the network on ospf on the device
