Per the discussion at
https://groups.google.com/d/topic/steam-limiter/AoInO6OC728/discussion it seems
like it would potentially be a good idea to add an explicit "Apply" button.
Right now the "OK" button takes care of two closely-linked things - both saving
the current state of the active profile, and switching profiles. This seems
mostly fine, but possibly it would be more explicit to either have an apply
button or change the text of the "OK" button to "Apply".
