Add Stellar #6

Hi Memo, I saw your post the other week and I tried to find out more about the power usage of Stellar as it uses different way of getting consensus, however I haven't been able to get good data. I'm far from a crypto expert, but it seems like the network has a significantly lower power usage. Didn't seem like there's much progress on NFTs on Stellar yet though. Thanks for working on this!

Hey, thanks for doing this research! Do you know if this is currently working? It looks like the NFT code hasn't been updated in 2 years, and perhaps isn't being actively developed?
