按照圖文教學與文字教學造出了機器人，過程的任何檢查步驟都是成功的，但是與它說任何話它只回答： "POST https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions" "Request failed with status code 429" "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details." 如下圖。請教我這是怎麼回事、如何修改讓它成為聊天機器人。

可能是你的API過期了？免費的API好像效期是3個月. 因爲我的API過期時也跟你ㄧ樣的狀況作者的使用手冊裡的常見問題有解決方法
