Is it possible to add support for filter tags "feOffset,feGaussianBlur,feBlend"

Dear ziko-ZR1, thanks for your request, it is appreciated. The author, memononen, only incorperates ready made pull requests with clear evidence that they are helpful. So, I believe, nothing will happen, if this is not present. But you may scan the present pull requests or forks to eventually find a solution on your issue on your own.
