Make timeout to auto-fadeout "Alert" level notification #11

There are 3 levels of notifications.. None, Banner, and Alert. With Banner it doesn't show the tweet button, which I guess is expected. With Alert, it shows the tweet button but never goes away unless you click the Close button. Having the tweet button there is important, but having it never go away on it's own is pretty annoying. I think an excellent solution would be to have a timeout on the Alert mode so that you don't have to click the close button. Not sure if it's possible. Otherwise, I think people are going to turn it to None in general.

Perhaps adding growl support would allow more fine-grain alerts.

Yeah my current understanding of 10.8 is this isnt possible, and Ive seen VERY few changes to notifications in 10.9. I'd love to be wrong about that if anyone knows better.

I think we're going to have to evaluate growl support if Apple doesn't get their shit together.
