The page text layout changes when showing the bottom bar, it should stay the same and only change when the bottom text is shown.
The external links dialog doesn't remember the previously selected website, it always shows the first one. Also, scroll to the selected item in the list.
Allow to dismiss the note sheet using a vertical downward swipe. Similar to BottomSheetBehavior
