Several fixes and improvements to the text info dialog:
Fixed not being able to update a saved word.
Fixed the edit word dialog not showing the correct information when the database word changed.
The translation tab now updates correctly the database information, in case the word gets deleted it displays the translation.
Fixed the spinner in the translation tab not showing the correct preference language.
Added cache for translations.
