PS notebook for Plotting

Currently there is none.

Boxplot issue:

• We need descriptive stats to explain boxplots
• So if we include boxplots in plotting, we need to preceed it with descriptive stats
• However, plotting is probably better for conceptual understanding of distributions than going straight to stats
• Should we include boxplots (or other plots) in descriptive stats?

2021 interns used baseball data; perhaps look at incorporating that into the PS notebook
