Color pickers and more descriptive options

Test by opening up the admin panel and toying with all the custom theme options.

Right, now, the default seems to be "Custom Theme" That's not right; we can't need to reprogram the theme every time there is a deployment. Can we set a fixed value for each installation so it will always be MoFaCTS still after deploy? Or Shelbi could change it and it would be then whatever it was changed to after each deploy?

@imrryr The theme is persistent through deploys. If she has a theme set before a deployment, the theme will remain after the deployment.

So, I just set it to MoFaCTS and it will retain that. OK, thanks!
