Missing unit cause unknown #1495

I was trying to replicate Blake's new error (which he will post) where the it makes a button for each letter of each incorrect answer, but I tried to make an abbreviated version of my tdf, with new identifiers for all objects (so it was separate in the directory). But it did not work, I cannot get the third unit (the survey with 4 questions) to fire after the Consent and Instruction units 1 and 2. Instead, it drops into adaptive practice, which is the 4th unit (or it could have been running an old tdf I guess if the experiment targets are mixed up). test.zip

This is a mofacts server bug, main server.

I can't find any instances of the data from this tdf. It appears the experiment link it creates is becoming attached to old radical tdfs somehow... Seems like the changes I made in the file should fully preclude that.

Yes, I have confirmed that it is running the wrong tdf when I use https://mofacts.optimallearning.org/experiment/test
