Adding 'Continue' button to cards in an assessment session #1518

Add a continue button that is grayed out until participants select a response. Then they must press the 'Continue' to proceed onto the next question. Make this something we can have turned on/off in TDFs.

Once added, we can deploy the newest version of CogniVideo.

Assuming our code is modular enough, hopefully, this could be added to all question types, not just MC
