Add Ocean Pool #41

Here's a sample coinbase transaction extracted from one of their stratum jobs: https://gist.github.com/mononaut/9031f771eeb9834f32e2b5f8893a6f9d

They don't seem to have a coinbase tag configured, but I think 37dvwZZoT3D7RXpTCpN2yKzMmNs2i2Fd1n is the pool's address.

It's not clear if that's going to be stable, but maybe it's good enough for now and we can revisit after they mine their first block.
