Output NULL for sql null values #8

Hello,

Could you please merge this PR so that dbench has same behaviour that legacy sql client? It would be very convenient because COALESCE and IFNULL do not support all us cases.

I'm not sure we want this to be the default, and only behavior.

I've taken in account your remarks in a second commit, thanks for the review. FYI, I work in a team which is building a petascale database for LSST telescope: http://dm.lsst.org/, and I'm convinced we should use your benchmark tool instead of developing a new one. I'll let you know soon what the team decide... Thanks for this excellent dbbench :-)
