Support for Parallels/ARM64 #146

When using the "IoT-LTSC-Like" XML in junction with the Windows 11 ARM64 VHDX (versus) an ISO for use within ARM64 Parallels, where does the XML need to go? I've tried this a few times, and it doesn't appear that the installation assistant is detecting the XML.
