Fingerprint not working #176

I have a fingerprint sensor on my laptop but can't seem to get it to work although the device is working properly. When I go to Settings->Accounts and choose Sing-in options it takes some time to load and sometimes it is just stuck. When it opens I don't have the fingerprint option and it seems Windows Hello is disabled.

Fixed it. Had to add a password and to activate Windows Biometric Service
