I just copy and pasted this from the Chris Titus Windows Utility and it's obviously not meant to run in the specialize phase in it's current form. I need some help cleaning it up, anything would be greatly appreciated!

you can run it after login instead of in the specialization phase, or you could use the "$OEM$\$$\..." method to run it on login
