Load TinyMCE-Template Contao 4 way #246

In Contao 3 the way to load TinyMCE was to include a "tinymce.php", in Contao 4.4 this way is invalid, and i fixed it with the way contao 4 load tinymce

@dwyschka: the MCW is for Contao 3.5 AND 4.4 - you should implement a version switch
