Growth hacking via books

@shervine The goal is to leverage the authority and popularity of influential books to attract large number of users to Mench

List of ideas:

• [ ] Summarize top nuggets and deliver them over the duration of the program
• [ ] Break down reading books into tasks and have students discuss a few chapters at a time
• [ ] Combine the book nuggets with top media content from Youtube, podcasts, and blogs
• [ ] Have affiliate links to the books to monetize the programs
• [ ] Make them outcome driven: ie: On this program we've condensed the top lessons from so many experts, so many books, articles on how to become a better manager|husband|parent|teacher

@grumo I still think this is a type of inventory that might prove to be effective, like:

• Understand the Lean Startup in 7 Days
• Understand Digital Marketplaces in 7 Days

These topics could summarize the books and content from the internet to deliver them to students in a 7-Day Bootcamp.

Moved this to v4.0 so we can consider these types of Bootcamps later on...
