@shervine Here are all My notes from the calls:

Phil Ebiner -> Video

• Task interface was too similar to Week interface. It was confusing to jump to an individual task and the UI looks identical to the Week UI.
• Wants to know how is the student experience via Facebook messenger
• Would like White label version for both the landing page and the chatbot.
• Have the Week’s tasks info on the same page.
• Showed interested in investing in Mench :-)

Pedram Dara -> Video

• “Sprint” term confusing for people unfamiliar with agile development
• Would like to be able to run daily challenges (i.e.: 5 days challenge)
• Allow people to run FREE challenges for lead generation (then upgrade to premium bootcamp or services)
• Allow giving a custom name to cohorts
• Make it clear in which order should sellers create their bootcamps
• Explain the main dashboard with a description
• Explain the student dashboard with a description
• Change “On hold” to “Draft”
• Make standalone interface for landing page settings. Right now is mixed with other settings
• Add sample landing page to help sellers have a reference of what a good page looks like
• Add prominent “Publish” button to make it clear what’s the ultimate goal of the interface
• Consider adding Stripe inside the Typeform application
• Tell users where the info will be shown on the landing page
• Tell people what will happen when they publish (it goes to review)
• Go straight from create title to step by step process to create the first bootcamp
• Make it super easy to launch a Minimum Viable bootcamp
• Create a template bootcamp to educate users what a good results-oriented bootcamp looks like

Pablo Franzo -> Video

• When creating the bootcamp name Pablo thought he was setting an objective for him, not the students.
• Got stuck on the overview label input. It was not clear who the overview was for
• Explain to users why we only let the pick Mondays to start their weekly sprints
• Simplify the Cancellation policy to reduce friction. Make it a simple 30 day back guarantee.
• Explain where the Enrollment Questions shows up
• Paste the YouTube Url video for the featured landing page video. Easier than Dropbox or Drive.
