Installer rebooting when reaching Apple logo. #19

Have created a macOS install USB repeatedly and used the EFI provided. Once the installer reaches the Apple logo, the progress bar appears for a split second and then the entire laptop reboots. I cannot get to the installer.

I've tried Big Sur and Monterey.

Have you waited and seen whether you can enter the installer? If not, try deleting the /EFI/OC/ACPI/DSDT.aml

Got it installed now, but certain fn hotkeys (such as brightness) don't work unfortunately. Any fix just for that function in particular?

Hi, great to hear that you got it installed. Currently, I don't use the Hackintosh now. So, l don't know when l will fix this. Sorry.
