Add PIMORONI Inky display support #76

This change will make the script work on PIMORONI Inky display. You might want to adjust the layout to fix for a different size.

I've tested on a Inky WHAT and here is a picture:

Sorry for late reply. I did have a think but I'll decline this PR, I don't want to add a non-waveshare support to the repo since it's already complicated enough as it is and I want to keep the codebase manageable for myself.
