Only admins should be able to delete articles #56

Deleting articles requires some manual effort which needs to be handled by administrators. Because of this, articles should only be destroy-able by admins.

Then if a user wants to destroy an article, they can simply request it be removed, and an administrator can delete the article and perform the manual tasks (delete tweets) as necessary.

@sandal any thoughts on this? For the amount of times it happens we can probably manually manage this. Just looking for any excuse to close this ticket

Disable post deletion in community for non-admins, and make community members ask an admin to get them deleted. This will force us to deal with the manual cleanup process.

PS: Of course we should still allow editing, just not deletion.

:+1: sounds like a nice, simple solution. Updated the ticket to reflect that change.
