Add "New Comment" email notification

• Use MailHopper / delayed_job to send the mail async
• Add a preference to User notify_comment_made:boolean, default = false
• Created edit user profile page which includes this preference
• Hook into comment creation, sending emails to those who have solved the problem and selected to receive notifications
• If current_user.notify_comment_made == false, display a notification on the comments page alerting the user they can be notified of new comments by updating their preferences

Just a quick update. I've poked around in the code a bit and played with the MaillHopper/delayed_job gems. Some sample code has been pushed to https://github.com/jduan/puzzlenode/commits/issue_35. In the next few days, I should make some decent progress.

Great! Feel free to send over a pull request as soon as you have code which you want me to take a look it. It doesn't have to be "done" and it's probably better if you send one over sooner than later. Thanks for working on this! :smile:
