Add a validation to User
Verify authentication / user creation code doesn't break when a nickname already exists

How to reproduce & test? I can't figure out how you'd get duplicate nicknames from github.

I can't figure out how you'd get duplicate nicknames from github.

I am not exactly sure how this happened either, but we had a few duplicate users in production. This ticket was created to patch that problem and make sure this doesn't happen again in the future.
