Issues #49 and #50

Had a some mixup with git after splitting issue #25, sorry.

This changes the Puzzle short_description field to a text_area #50 and adds an administration navbar #49 (with integration test)

Incidental changes:

• vim swap and .sass-cache added to .gitignore
• bunch of end-of-file newlines added?
• added 10px to #user_box so my last name fits :)
