use env variables for tokens etc #91

@johnnymugs thanks for doing this. We will need to remove the .example extension from these files and remove them from .gitignore. Additionally the README and rake setup task will need to be updated to reflect these new changes. @semmons99 or I could help out with that part if you'd like. Thanks :sparkles:

I've added the changes outlined by @jordanbyron above, but I feel like I've mangled the simplicity of the previous README/setup workflow. I'll make another pass at making this easier for new devs to set up in the morning or Monday.

@johnnymugs thanks for working on this. I've pulled your commits into a new branch env-config, rebased it with master, and made a few tweaks to include the new carrierwave configuration. Once we get figaro implemented I'll merge all of these changes into master. Thanks again!
